Intellectual assets (IP) and intellectual property rights (IPR) e.g. patents and copyrights, are becoming increasingly important. Therefore KTH Holding has an investment offer called IP-2-Market to support commercialization of research results from KTH via licensing or selling patents and other intellectual property rights.KTH Holding has large experience from driving patent processes and closing deals with industry based on IP from KTH.
We can fund and support patenting with 100-400 KSEK to get to granted patents. In return KTH Holding will get a share of revenues (30-50%).
If you do not have the time or experience to drive commercialization of patents we will support and take responsibility, for example for market contacts and patenting.
KTH Holding often takes over ownership and becomes the party that negotiates and enters agreements. This adds credibility and strength.
We have negotiated and closed many deals with a number of large and small companies. We know licensing, deal-making strategies as well as legal aspects.
