A2O is a foodtech startup that produces new foods by refining resource-efficient raw materials into new flavorful products. We work with a focus on proteins especially the Swedish yellow pea. We have chosen, among other things, to work with Tempeh - a 1000-year-old process from Indonesia that we have modernized and focuses entirely on Swedish ingredients with flavors that should be easy to absorb. But above all, we do not try to imitate meat. We just make peas more attractive with a fermentation to change the flavors and texture in the best way. Climate-friendly food that takes responsibility from start to finish simply.
